ADULT CLASSES
Our adult classes are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you’re looking to improve fitness, learn self-defense, or compete, our Jiu Jitsu and Judo programs offer personalized instruction in a supportive and structured environment. Develop strength, confidence, and technique while training alongside a community of dedicated individuals.

ADULT
GI
Our adult gi classes focus on the technical side of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where practitioners train in a Gi (kimono). The Gi allows for grips, chokes, and submissions, creating a unique style of training that emphasizes technique and control.
Each class begins with a structured warm-up, followed by step-by-step technical instruction led by our experienced coaches. Students then drill techniques to refine their skills and finish with positional sparring and live rolling to apply what they’ve learned in real-time scenarios.
Training in the Gi develops precision, grip strength, and strategic control, making it a valuable foundation for practitioners at all levels.

ADULT
NOGI
Our Adult No-Gi Classes focus on training without the traditional Gi(kimono). In No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, practitioners wear athletic clothing such as rash guards and shorts, relying on body positioning, natural grips, and speed instead of fabric grips. This style emphasizes fluid transitions, explosive movements, and adapting quickly to your opponent's actions.
Classes begin with a dynamic warm-up to improve mobility and prepare the body for training. In No-Gi, grips are centered around controlling the opponent's body directly, such as wrist grips, ankle grips, underhooks, overhooks, and collar ties. Techniques are drilled to develop control, precision, and adaptability, followed by positional sparring and live rolling to apply them in realistic scenarios.
Without the use of fabric grips, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu tends to be faster-paced, requiring sharp timing, strong positioning, and a focus on body mechanics. It’s an excellent way to enhance agility, strength, and overall grappling skills.

ADULT
JUDO
Our Adult Judo Classes focus on the art of throws, balance, and leverage. Judo, which means “the gentle way,” emphasizes using technique and timing to overcome an opponent, rather than relying on strength alone. This makes it an ideal martial art for all skill levels and physical abilities.
Each class starts with a dynamic warm-up, followed by detailed instruction on Tachi-waza (standing techniques) like throws, sweeps, and trips. Students also learn Ne-waza (ground techniques), focusing on transitions, pins, and submissions to round out their skillset. Techniques are practiced through drilling to ensure proper execution and understanding.
Live sparring, or Randori, is a key component of the class, where students can test their techniques in real-time scenarios. The focus during Randori is on applying concepts such as timing, grip control, and positioning to adapt effectively to an opponent’s movements.
Our classes also emphasize grip work, balance drills, and explosive movements to help students develop functional strength and technical precision.

ADULT
WOMEN'S CLASSES
Providing a welcoming environment for women of all experience levels to train and grow. These classes emphasize technique, strategy, and practical self-defense, making Jiu Jitsu accessible and empowering for everyone.
Each session begins with a warm-up, followed by step-by-step technical instruction. Students practice techniques through drilling, with a focus on control, positioning, and submissions. The class also includes controlled sparring, allowing participants to apply their skills in a safe and supportive setting.
Designed to build confidence and skill, our Women’s Classes highlight techniques that rely on leverage and precision, rather than strength, ensuring that Jiu Jitsu is effective for all body types and levels of athleticism.

OPEN MAT
Our Adult Open Mat sessions are an opportunity for practitioners to train in a more informal and flexible environment. Open Mat is unstructured, meaning there’s no formal instruction during this time. Instead, participants have the freedom to drill techniques, practice positions, or engage in sparring with training partners of their choice.
This is an excellent time to refine skills learned in class, experiment with new techniques, or work on specific areas of improvement. Open Mat also fosters a collaborative atmosphere, where practitioners of all levels can share knowledge, learn from one another, and build camaraderie.
Whether you want to roll, troubleshoot techniques, or simply observe and learn, Open Mat is a valuable addition to your training routine. It’s open to all skill levels, making it a great way to grow at your own pace while connecting with the wider Jiu Jitsu community.

GI AND NOGI
Our Kids Gi and No-Gi Classes for ages 4 to 6 focus on introducing the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu in a fun, interactive, and age-appropriate way. These classes are designed to build coordination, confidence, and listening skills while keeping young students engaged and active.
In Gi classes, kids learn to use grips on the Gi (uniform) to control their partners, practicing basic positions, sweeps, and movements. The structured approach helps them understand the foundation of Jiu Jitsu in a traditional format.
In No-Gi classes, kids train without the uniform, focusing on body positioning and using underhooks, overhooks, and other grips for control. This style encourages agility, quick thinking, and fluid movements.
Each session includes warm-ups, simple drills, and playful exercises designed to develop their motor skills and understanding of Jiu Jitsu. The focus is on learning through games and controlled movements to ensure they feel comfortable and confident on the mats.
These classes help children build a strong foundation for future training while promoting discipline, teamwork, and respect in a fun and supportive environment.
